OneIQ’s network of websites includes numerous product marketing websites such as www.autovault.app, www.autovault.cloud, www.getautovault.com, www.oneiq.ai and www.oneiq.app (the "websites"). OneIQ’s portfolio of products include AutoVault™ and Legacy Concierge™. We respect your privacy, and your privacy is important to us. OneIQ strives to ensure your information is secure and handled appropriately and in line with this policy. This privacy policy is intended to let you know how we collect, use, disclose and process your data. This policy covers your use of OneIQ websites, products, and services as well as our customer service features, including phone calls, chats, emails, and texts. By using any of the OneIQ websites, products, and services, you signify that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by this privacy policy.
When you use our websites, products, or services, you may provide us with personally identifiable information, or “Personal Information.” “Personal Information” refers to information about you that can be used to contact or identify you. Data collected on the OneIQ, INC., websites that relates to Personal Information is referred to as “Personal Data” in this policy.

If you are using our websites, products and/or services, this policy applies to you. If you disagree with any aspect of this policy, please do not use our websites, products, or services.
Our Responsibilities are to protect your data, to honor your requests related to permissible limitations regarding the use of your Personal Data to ensure you have the information you need to understand our use of your Personal Data, and to ensure you understand how to exercise your privacy rights.
Your Responsibilities are to read this privacy policy as well as our corresponding Security Policy and Terms and Conditions. Your continued use of our websites, products and services indicates that you understand our policies and agree to the terms they describe.
TYPES OF INFORMATION WE COLLECT
You may browse our websites without providing any personal information. When we collect data, we collect Personal Information from you when you submit it into our forms and questionnaires, or place an order. We may also collect additional Personal Information you provide by interacting with our technical or customer support teams via chat, phone, email or texts; and when you opt in to our marketing emails and messages. We record chats and phone calls for quality assurance and legal purposes.
Our servers also automatically record information that your browser sends when you visit our websites, such as device information and unique identifiers like your IP address, account information you submit for signing up for our AutoVault™ or Legacy Concierge™ products, logins, browser type, time zone, general geolocation data that we collect when you sign in; how you access our websites and how you interact with our marketing messages. We also may receive information about you from our marketing partners, when they provide the information to us, and from social media websites if you use the social media function to log into any of our websites.
We record your voice when you call in for support regarding our websites, products, and services. We also capture your interaction with our websites via screen recording software. We capture your interaction with our self-service tools such as chat bots, texts, emails and review those scripts/sessions for training purposes and identification of issues to improve the end user experience.
We collect government issued identifiers such as your driver’s license, passport number or other issued government identification. Government issued identifiers are considered a form of sensitive data which is defined as any Personal Information that reveals an individual’s identification and includes finances, precise geolocation, race, religion, union membership, private communications, genetics, biometrics, health, or sexual orientation. We capture this information as well as vehicle identification, vehicle registration, proof of insurance, roadside assistance, car facts, service records, ownership manuals etc., via our document upload capability, for a complete history of the automobile and household portfolio of automobiles owned/leased.
We use your sensitive data only as reasonably necessary to provide the products and services, and in a manner limited to the business purpose for which the sensitive data was collected. This data receives the utmost security protections, encrypting it at rest, in motion; and intelligently partitioned accordingly to prevent data loss or breach. If the documents you upload via our document upload capability contain sensitive information, we will store that data on your behalf online with the purpose and function of the document upload feature, but for no other purpose. If that changes, we will update this policy and give you prior notice and a direct opportunity to opt out of any sharing of sensitive information,
When you place an order, we will ask you for basic identifying information like your name, address, phone number, username, and email address, as well as your financial information like your account number, credit card number, expiration date or other billing information, such as account type, institution, ownership information and account balance when linked through a secure third party.
We may also collect, store, or accumulate certain non-personally identifiable information concerning your use of our websites, such as information regarding which of our pages are most popular, click throughs, page exits, referring URL, downloading errors, and operating system. Information gathered may be used in aggregate form for internal business purposes, such as generating statistics, developing marketing plans, customizing content, enhancing the customer experience, and improving the websites. We may share or transfer any non-personally identifiable information with or to our affiliates, licensees, and partners.
When you submit your personally identifiable information on one of the websites, you are giving your consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information as set forth in this privacy policy. When you share the contact information of someone else through our shared access functions or within AutoVault™ or Legacy Concierge™, you assert that you have obtained that person’s consent to share their Personal Information with OneIQ, INC. Please do not share the Personal Information of anyone without their consent or permission. We use information you have shared on behalf of someone else in accordance with this policy.
TYPES OF INFORMATION WE DO NOT COLLECT
All of our websites, products and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 18. We do not target OneIQ, INC., AutoVault™ or Legacy Concierge™ children, and we do not knowingly collect, share, or sell any Personal Data from any person under the age of 18. Our document upload capability allows you to enter information regarding your dependent children, but we do not collect that information without your direct consent to do so. We restrict use of any data you submit regarding your minor children to the specific business purpose of helping you create your automobile household portfolio.
However, if the parent or guardian of a child under 18 believes that the child has provided us with personally identifiable information without their consent, the parent or guardian of that child should contact us at info@autovault.app if they want this information deleted from our files so that it is not in retrievable form. If we otherwise obtain knowledge that we have personally identifiable information about a child under 18 in retrievable form in our files without the parent or guardian’s consent, we will delete that information from our existing files so that it is not retrievable.
We do not collect data belonging to citizens of the European Union. Our websites, products and services are designed, developed, and intended for use by adults within the United States. We do not intentionally or knowingly collect any data from any person who is a citizen or resident of the European Union.
PROTECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
We follow data protection laws to ensure that your data is only used where legally permitted. OneIQ may use the information that you provide to fulfill your request for a product, service, information, or other service, or respond to an email or other request, as well as to create and deliver to you communications containing product information, usage tips or promotions, help to improve our websites or services, or customize visitors' experience at our websites. We are committed to providing you with a seamless and easy user experience. We use the data you provide, including Personal Information, to provide you with a holistic experience regarding your use, ownership, and operation of your automobile as well as a portfolio view of your household’s drivers, driver experience and automobile information. We securely store the documents you upload using our document upload feature. We also use site metrics and data about your use of the website to make sure the process runs smoothly, to ensure your information is always secure, to process payments and to maintain the back end of our site and optimize your user experience.
We use identifying data to ensure you are you as well as send you notifications about upcoming promotions, automotive warranty and service information, roadside service updates, insurance coverage as well as notifications to any members that you have authorized to be kept informed about their automotive needs. This is our “Shared Access” feature, which only shares your automotive information with your direct consent, to an email address you choose. OneIQ may also use your personally identifiable information to send you information about business opportunities, products, services, and special offers.
However, we want to communicate with you via email correspondence only if you want to hear from us. If for any reason you no longer wish to receive email messages from OneIQ, AutoVault™, Legacy Concierge™, please unsubscribe in your back office, or via the unsubscribe link provided at the bottom of the email announcement.
Please note, if you opt not to receive marketing emails from OneIQ, AutoVault™, Legacy Concierge™, you may still receive transactional email messages regarding your order (i.e. order confirmation, shipping information, customer service notifications, etc.) If you have questions or concerns regarding this statement or policy, contact us at info@autovault.app.
We may contract with companies or individuals to provide certain services including email and hosting services, credit card processing, shipping, data management, surveys and marketing, promotional services, etc. We call them our service providers. We may share personally identifiable information with service providers solely as appropriate for them to perform their functions, but they may not use such information for any other purpose. If you sign up through one of our affiliates, or entities that use online referral links to send users to our site and services, we may share identifying information with the affiliate or entity. Such information is limited to your name, email address, and the type of automobile you have leased or purchased. If you would prefer, we will not share information with our affiliates, please send your request to opt out of affiliate information sharing to info@autovault.app.
We do not share your credit card or other account information with unaffiliated third parties unless necessary to fulfill our responsibilities including, but not limited to, delivering a product or service that you order.
Finally, OneIQ may disclose personal information in special cases: (1) when we have reason to believe that disclosing this information is necessary to identify, contact, or bring legal action against someone who may be causing injury to or interference with (either intentionally or unintentionally) the rights of OneIQ or to anyone that could be harmed by such activities; (2) when we believe in good faith that the law requires it; (3) to any third party who may acquire OneIQ; and (4) in situations involving threats to the physical safety of any person.
LIMITED LIABILITY
By providing us with any personally identifiable information, you expressly and unconditionally release and hold harmless OneIQ and all of its subsidiaries, affiliates or related companies and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the use and/or misuse of your collected personally identifiable information. In addition, while OneIQ takes effort to ensure the proper and appropriate use of data provided by OneIQ to third party companies, promotional partners, or vendors, OneIQ is not liable for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the use and/or misuse of your personal identifiable information.
ENSURING YOUR SECURITY
We recognize that the security of the personal data stored on our platform is critically important to the user. To ensure security, we implement PCI-like standards routinely testing our platform to make sure it’s secure. We follow the OAuth 2.0 standard for authorization and utilize Secure Sockets Layer (SSL/TLS), an advanced security protocol that protects your credit card information and ensures secure online ordering. SSL internet connections are encrypted, and thus protect all credit card ordering information, including your name, address, and credit card number, so it cannot be read in transit. We use secure technology, privacy protection controls, and restrictions on employee access, to safeguard your personal information. INTERNATIONAL USERS
Like almost every website, our websites may be accessed by an international audience. By visiting our websites and providing us with data, you acknowledge and agree that your personal information may be processed for the purposes identified in this policy. In addition, such data may be stored on servers located outside your resident jurisdiction and in jurisdictions which may have less stringent privacy practices than your own. By providing us with your data, you consent to the transfer of such data.
YOUR CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS
California civil code section 1798.83 permits customers of OneIQ, AutoVault™, Legacy Concierge™, who are California residents, to request and obtain from us once a year, free of charge, information about the personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year. If applicable, this information would include a list of the categories of personal information that was shared and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared information in the immediately preceding twelve calendar months. CHANGES TO POLICY
We may revise this privacy policy from time to time. If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post the revised policy here.
